Current prices are below. Sometimes it may be possible to provide a discounted rate to registered charities/voluntary groups; this is dependant on the use of the rest of our building.
There is internet access in every room. Rooms can be set up in various ways and a range of equipment can also be hired, such as:
- Flip charts (£7.50 per day - no charge if you provide the paper).
- Laptops (£15.00 per day).
- Projector.
Tea and coffee can be arranged for 70p per cup.
We have a small car park, which is free. Occasionally users may have to move their cars to allow others to leave. If preferred, there are a number of paid car parks in Bolton within a few minutes walk of the Meeting House.
The Meeting Room (Ground Floor)
A 75" TV screen is available which can connect to most laptops. It can be also be used for blended meetings to include online participants (prior notice required to set this up).

Discounted rate for a series of 6 or more bookings: £205 for a full day; £105 per session.
The Garden Room (Ground Floor)

Cost: Full Day: £150; Morning/Afternoon session: £75.
Discounted rate for a series of 6 or more full days: £135 per day; £70 for 6 or more half days.
The John Woolman Room (Ground Floor)

Capacity: Capacity 20.
Cost: Full Day: £150; Morning/Afternoon session: £75.
Discounted rate for a series of 6 or more full days: £135 per day; £70 for 6 or more half days.
The Concourse (Ground Floor)

Can be booked for larger events.
The Kitchen Area
The Kitchen has a serving hatch that opens into the John Woolman Room, but is accessed from the Foyer.

The Elizabeth Fry Room (First Floor)This room is only accessible by a flight of 15 stairs.
